Description

Modified lidar interference when using K1 Flanged Bearing Gantry for k1max.
assembling without square bolts.
A washer exclusively for tensioners.

Changed the output direction of the joint, very important.
All outputs must be printed in the correct dimensions.
If the output is normal, put one 10MM 0.5t spacer into the X-rod hole of the joint to accurately control the shaking of the X-axis.

- Major modifications to the 6mm belt version.
1. Modified and added as a pulley version for 6mm belt.
2. The joint has improved the problems caused by shrinkage.
3. The direction of bolt insertion for shaft fixation has been changed.
4. Improved bearing part overhang issue on motor mount.

* Precautions
Pay attention to the direction of the output. See the picture.
My output was tested with my printer (K1MAX) and ASA filament and additionally with PC-CF.
Make sure to calibrate and print out the correct dimensions. (Calibration against shrinkage is required.)
Because the assembly of bearings and shafts is tight, the support or seams must be broken and organized.
When assembling the instrument, the screws must be positioned just right.

Pulley attached the specifications as a picture.
I need 12 of no teeth.
Alternatively, you can use 10 not teeth and 2 with teeth.

DO YOU KNOW IF ITS POSSIBLE TO GET NEW BEARINGS/BUSHINGS FOR THE PARTS THAT SLIDE ON THE XY AXIS? OR DO I JUST HAVE TO USE THE OLD ONES?

You can use the bearing light after looking at the explanations of "bootyCall Jones." I've been buying and using everything new.

So the 6mm pulley version is designed to re-use the original idlers from the printer and just replace the stock stepper pulley with a 16 tooth version. Is this correct? Nevermind. Had a look at the photo again. Thought it was a diagram of the stepper pulley at first and then I noticed it wasn't. So no, you can't use the stock idlers.
