3D model description

This versatile case is designed to carry your 65mm drone, an extra frame, up to 24 1s batteries, a charger, a power bank, and other small parts securely. It's engineered for easy transport, offering several carrying options to suit your preferences. The case requires approximately 600g of filament, with a suggested infill of 15%, and takes around 18 hours to print. Assembly is straightforward and should take no more than 30 minutes.

Carrying Options

Fabric Clamp: Secure fabric or straps to the case for a simple, one-handed carry. This method is space-efficient, allowing for compact storage.
Ring Attachment: Fix rings to the case to attach a strap, adjustable for hand or shoulder carry. Note that the rings protrude slightly, which may limit stacking.
Hard Plastic Handle: Use the included hard plastic handle for easy carrying. The handle can be folded to minimize space, though it does take up more room than other options.

File Organization
The digital files are organized into three primary folders: one for .stl files, one for .f3d files, and a special folder for BambuLab users with 3mf and gcode files tailored to my preferred settings. Within these, you'll find subfolders for "Handle Options" and "Small Parts" (all necessary, with "Fix Short" and "Pin" needed in duplicates). BambuLab users should print the "WhoopUpper," "WhoopLower," "SmallParts," and one "HandleOption" plate.

Materials Required

Screws: 3x M2x7-10, 1x M3x12-14
Printed Parts: 1x "WhoopUpper," 1x "WhoopLower," 2x "Pin," 2x "FixShort," 1x "FixLong," 1x "Lock"

Handle Materials

Common to all: 2x M4x10-12 screws
Fabric Clamp: Cloth or strap, 2x "Washer"
Rings: Strap, 2x "Ring"
Hard Plastic Handle: Included in Handle.step file - 1x "HandleUpper," 2x "HandleLower," 2x "HandlePin"

Printing Recommendations

Support is necessary for "WhoopUpper," "WhoopLower," and "HandleUpper."
Use a brim for larger parts to prevent warping.
Opt for a 15-20% Gyroid infill for optimal strength.
PETG is recommended for its durability, though PLA may be better for printers prone to warping.

Assembly Instructions

Ensure all rotating parts ("Fix []", "Lock") can accommodate their screws without resistance.
For the "Lock," attach it to "WhoopUpper" with an M3 screw, ensuring the chamfer faces the screw without overtightening.
Attach "FixLong" similarly using M2 screws.
FixShort" pieces are attached on the longer inner wall with M2 screws, with chamfers facing towards the screws.
For the hinge, align "WhoopUpper" and "WhoopLower" and insert "Pin" from outside, ensuring the larger ends face outward. The final part may require additional force or light hammering.

Handle Installation (optional)

For the Fabric Clamp, cut and hole-punch your fabric, securing it with M4 screws and washers on "WhoopUpper."
For Rings, attach them with M4 screws and clip in your strap.
For the Hard Plastic Handle, attach "HandleLower" with M4 screws, align "HandleUpper," and insert "HandlePin," possibly requiring hammering for a secure fit.

Foaming (optional)

There is some space to the left and right in the charger slot, I would recommend to add some foam to the left and right side to avoid shaking. Simply cut out the correct size and use some double-sided tape to glue it in
You might want to do the same for the power bank slot
