3D model description

Here is a Fully Functional Ratchet Belt! You will need TPU and some other Rigid filament type.

After printing and post processing, all you need is a small rubber band to operate the belt.

The belt peg file is to be used as a way to secure the belt to the buckle.

The Belt requires TPU filament, but the buckle can be printed in either PLA or ABS. The print profile I have for the buckle on here is for PLA.

If I need to add more sizes I will go ahead if this actually gains traction.

The belts' print times range from around 7.5-11 Hours. The buckle only takes about 45-50 minutes.

The Rubber band connects from the lever to the slots at the base on the other side.

Anyways… HAVE AT IT!

Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Wall loops: 2
Infill: 15% Gyroid
Speed: 30 mm/s in all cases except for travel and acceleration
Supports: NO

Buckle Settings
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Wall loops: 2
Infill: 15% Gyroid
Speed: 20 mm/s initial later
Supports: YES, Tree supports on build plate only
