Description

A full set of upper and lower braces for the 2-tier AMS setup, specifically modelled for the newer V6.0 AMS units. My unit had a manufacturing date around December '23 - however, none of the existing braces were a clean fit. The existing V6.0 models were a very tight fit and were missing the tops.

Also included are a set of braces with optional plate holders built-in. These angle the plates for easy access but aren't required.

Full upper and lower set of braces for V6.0 (72mm/73mm/72mm).
Is a clean fit (other options had interference issues)
Optional braces for either side
Optional plate holders for either side
Uses 2020 Extrusion
400mm, still allows the lower AMS to open - but not completely. 420mm, allows lower AMS to fully open.

2020 Extrusion, 200mm or 240mm if you want 100% clearance for the lower AMS opening.

2020 extrusion - both v-slot and t-slot would work i think, 400mm in length.

They fit like a Glove and printed Perfect with Bambu PETG. Thanks a lot for the V6 Version of the Upper and Lower Part.

What exactly do I need for this and be able to open the bottom AMS? How many pieces and how long? I already ordered based on previous lengths so now I need to order more and I don't want to order the wrong thing again (cannot return from my location).

If you view the original model this was remixed on, they note that as a minimum - you'd need 400mm in length. This allows the lower AMS to open - but not fully. I think they recommend 420mm if you want to allow the lower AMS to fully open. I don't use a lower AMS but instead just use this as a 'shelf' - so I'd go based on the original model suggestions.

for some reason I keep getting a pop up that says I’ve been blocked. I can’t see the files. Any thoughts? is it just a glitch for now, have a beverage and come back again later?

I'm not sure why you're getting a pop-up. Perhaps its a browser pop-up? I don't think would be specific to my models - but something to do with MakerWorld maybe. You could try to click the 'Open in Bambu Studio' button. That should open bambu studio with the plates already configured. If that doesn't work, try the download button (looks like a down arrow..). This should download the .3mf file you can then open in Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer. If that doesnt work, try the 'Raw Models' button. That should open an in-page pop-up with the STL and STEP files of which you can indvidually download. In any case - try the beverage.. ;) Hope you figure it out!
