3D model description

Parkside Battery Adapter with underdischarge protection. Simple to build. I have 2 versions. With and Without a Switch.

All you need is:
1. XH-M609 Over Discharge Battery Protection
2. 2pcs 6.3mm (Blue ones) Electrical Crimp Terminals
3. Wire of your choice. I used 1mm2
4. 15*21mm ON/OFF switch
5. Glue for cover.

Assembly is straightforward.
1. Solder wires to male terminals. Do not crimp them but solder.
2. Heat male terminals and push them in a 3D-printed adapter.
3. Desolder input screw terminals (Green block) on XH-M609 and solder your wires from male terminals you just heat pushed in.
4. Solder in switch. All wires should stay under the module.
5. Make sure none of the wires are damaged put everything in place and push 3D printed pints in all 4 corners. You can use some glue to prevent them from coming loose.
6. On the cover there is a hole for a red LED. You can fill that hole with hot glue.

3D printing settings

Use PLA. It's plenty strong. 2walls, 15% infill.
Print it vertical, Standing up. Use SUPPORTS.
