Woodworking templates pack 58 — 210 to 213

It is meant to be used with a router and flush trim bit (1/4” spiral flush trim bit) to follow the perimeter of the template. The template has a thickness of 1/4” to have enough room to line up with the bearings of the router bit while moving it around. Most of the radius were made at 3/16” so they are easily doable with a 1/4” flush trim bit.

You can scale the model in Bambu Studio according to your needs.

1 - Simply use the template to trace its shape onto the piece of wood first, then with a jigsaw or scroll saw, cut the excess of material around the shape while keeping between 1/4” and 3/16” of material around the shape.

2 - Then, use hot glue or two-sided tape to stick the template on your pre-cut shape from the template.

Be sure your router bit has a blade long enough for the height of your material.

3 - Line up the bearing of your router bit with the template then glide the template around the bearing of the router to remove the excess of material your left before. (The 1/4” to 3/16” thickness you left from the steps before)

4 – Remove the template from your material and you are done!
