Description

Make your own Galactic Armory themed Spartan helmet!

Based off concept art from GC_ConceptArt, this is an envisioning of the classic Galactic Armory logo with a Halo Spartan helmet!

The faceplate is able to be removed with the help of 10mm x 3mm circular magnets!

Includes both assembled and pre-separated versions for easy printing.

Use the visor cutout template to trace an outline on your visor material. Then slot the cut out shape into the pre-modeled ridges on the inside of the helmet!

You'll also find the large parts have been pre-cut for smaller printers.

What software do you use to make the helmets, I’ve been wanting to design a helmet of my own mostly because nobody else has made files for it😂 anyways super cool design love you work.

what helmet design are you wanting?

Shardplate helmet from the Stormlight Archive. It’s from a book series by Brandon Sanderson. I want to eventually make the entire armor but thought the head would be the easiest to start with.

Sweet! Roughly what head size would you say this is scaled to already?

His YouTube is galactic armory. He scales all the helmets to his head size. He is right around 6’ tall I believe.

Beautiful model I am really enjoying building it. I did notice almost every part of the model needed excessive support material based on how the models were orientated in the slicer. There are also several rounded edges which can make reorientation things difficult and still maintain good first layer adhesion. All in all really fun model to print and work on, just be prepared to do some extra post processing to get results like the images posted.

I see this can be printed on the A1 mini. Can the whole helmet be printed on the A1 mini, I am new and haven't explored the software to cut and slice. I did see the multiple piece design and wouldn't care to subscribe if you do A1 mini helmets. Great looking design!

I am confused on how it all fits together and stays. Do you have to superglue it?
