Assembly:
- Slide the ‘Core’ over the ‘Frame Bottom’ ensuring you line up the centre groove.
- Slide a ‘Wheel’ over the ‘Core’ ensuring you line up the notches with the bumps in the ‘Core’.
- Repeat with the other 2 wheels.
- Slide in all of the coloured ‘Tiles’ - You can insert them in a solved or unsolved state.
- All 'Tile slots should now be full except for 1 that stays empty.
- Screw the ‘Frame Top’ onto shaft of ‘Frame Bottom’ until it is nice and snug.
- The puzzle is now ready!
Extra Info:
- The rotating action works with a compliant ‘notch’ system. As you spin each wheel the tabs within the core will deform creating a satisfying clunk at each of the 9 positions.
- If the action feels stiff then back the ‘Frame Top’ off 1/8th of a turn.
- Printing the ‘Tiles’ can be troublesome. It may take a few attempts to get a full set of 9 colours.
The print profile included has 2 plates-
- Plate 1 should be printed once in a single colour. (This needs to be different than all of the other 8 colours)
- Plate 2 should be printed twice with a complete swap of all 4 AMS colours in between prints.
- This will give you total of 9 different colours and 1 full puzzle wheel
