Description

Introducing the FDM (Fixum Dude Motors) print in place ice cream truck. Fun little print in place ice cream truck with an ice cream cone on top and rotating wheels.

Prints without supports. Samples are printed in PLA with at least 4 bottom and 5 top layers, 3 wall loops and 15% gyroid infill.

4 color example printed in PolyMaker PolyTerra Candy Pink, PolyTerra Wood Brown, Hatchbox Black, and Hatchbox White PLA.

love love loved this one, it turned out perfect. can anybody explain the purpose of the block that got printed next to it? it also had a lot of poop, I’m not sure if that can be changed on a 4 color print?

Very nice print! The block is a purge tower. It's not required but helps get the filament flowing makes extra sure the previous color is purged out. The amount of poop is a function of the number of color changes per layer. It's a lot for this one because of all the different colors on the same layer as it prints.

printed great! The little car vrooms all over the place and my daughter is happy 😅. she literally sleeps with it. - I lowered the amount of poop/waste by adjusting flushing volumes and printing little animals and flushing into them!
