Summary

Introduction:
This 1000W Desk Fan consists of a 2207 Drone motor and a 5-inch Propeller. The fan has a XT60 input on the back, so it can be powered with a 6s LiPo or a 24v Powersupply.

The Fanspeed can be adjusted by the Potentiometer on the front, while the battery voltage can be seen on the 7-Segment Voltage Display in the front.

Printing

Printing:

I recommend to Print Back_Prop_Guard_V1.stl & Front_Prop_Guard_V1.stl with an SLA printer, but if you don't have access to one, you can try printing it on a normal printer with a small layerhight. The Parts MainBaseV1.stl & Back LidV1.stl can be printed on a normal FDM style printer and don't require any supports. Make sure you print them with 50% infill or more, since the base should be as heavy as possible.

Assembly:

Start by screwing the motor in the Back_Prop_Guard_V1.stl part with 4x M3 screws. Then screw the Back_Prop_Guard_V1.stl to Base with 10x M3 screws.

Continue by routing the three motor wires through the three holes on the Base and superglue them to the braces of the Propguard so they can't be seen from the front.

After that, solder, the Electronics together using the Schematic at the bottom, make sure all the electronics fit inside the Base and to mount a XT60 it there isn't already one on your ESC.

Next, screw the 7-Segment Display and the Mini HV ServoTester in place.

After this, superglue the Front-Propguard on the Back-Propguard

Lastly push the XT60 connector in the cutout of the Back Lid and screw the Back Lid to the Base.
