Printing:

Must have a minimum 256x256 build area

No Supports needed.

Multiple colors without MMU or AMS - Pause on layers to change filament on the front pieces and name plate.

0.4 nozzle,  0.2 layers, 2 walls, 10% grid infill,  5 layers for top and 3 for bottom. You may want to increase the infill on the front piece to fully cover previous layers. 

Filament Changes:

• Front Piece:
  • Begin with Black
  • Layer 6 - Change Black to White
  • Layer 11 - Change White to Skintone
  • Layer 16 - Change Skintone to Yellow (hair color)
• Base Nameplate
  • Later 9 - Change filament to font color

Assembly:

After printing all pieces, glue the front to the backer using super glue or epoxy and the nameplate into the base. The front/back assembly can be glued or simply rested in the base slot. Your photograph can slide in the right side of the photo frame.
