This is the thinnest 3d printed phone holder (maybe). It's as thin as two normal credit cards and it'a also conveniently sized as a credit card to make it fit inside most of the wallets, in a credit card pocket or on your phone wallet.
It features a super thin hinge (it's just 1.6mm in diameter) that makes it unexpectedly functional. There's a one slit and a two slit version with a second steeper angle if you prefer to use your phone nearly vertical.
Be gentle with the first folding of the card, possibly fold it while it's still half attached to the printing bed to exert uniform pressure along the hinge line. The hinge doesn't go beyond around 290°, do not force it.
If the hinges come off the housing, they can be repositioned by applying a little pressure.
I've tested with 3 pla filaments (bambulab and polymaker) and a petg without issues, with some filamnets the hinge is a bit harder.
