3D model description

This is my try on the sonic screwdriver seen on season 4 of Doctor Who, used by River Song in Silence in the Library and The Forest of the Dead. I mainly used screencaps from the show and photos of the actual props as reference to have the most accuracy (in my opinion, even Nick's replicas are not as accurate as the originals he made). I succesfully printed and painted this sonic on a Mars 2 Pro with standard resin. Every part that has to be painted/treated individually is provided, even the spacers for the settings dials. I will continue to improve this model.

3D printing settings

Resin - Use small supports with very little thickness for the smallest parts. I succesfully printed all parts using only the slimmest supports (the default small supports of chitubox) but i used by far more than the auto function provided. Use a lot of those to maintain printing stability.
