All other covers were not the right size like my "Roto" hinge covers. So as best as possible I created it myself with FreeCad. I didn't follow FreeCad's design rules, so if the dimensions are changed then the object might need to be repaired. I created two versions with fillet and with chamfer. The one with chamfer has the shell thickness outwards. It could be that in the version with the two "locking lugs" per side, the one at the opening has to be removed with the cutter. Just try which one fits better. I recreated the centerpiece as best I could. It doesn't fit like the original, but it still covers the hinge acceptably to me.
Print the cover horizontally, as shown in the thumbnails, then less support is required and the middle is not so fragile. The center piece can be printed upright.
