hello Autodesk Fusion design, this object reverberates the rear sound of the echo Dot V5 or echo dot V4, sending it back to the front of the stage, ideal with the home cinema function with two Echo Dot speakers and the fire stick.

Amplified surround sound effect and respect for nearby neighbors behind the speaker.

filament used in my case :

Hyper ABS creality, then manual sanding then smoothing with acetone vapour.

Nozzle temperature 260°C

Bed temperature 85°C

Filling density 5

Density of normal supports 4%

Support everywhere

Printing speed on creality ender 3 V1 150 mm/sec

Media speed 150 mm/sec

Travel speed 300 mm/sec

Print quality 0.2 mm then manual sanding and acetone smoothing.

Edge thickness 1.4 mm

Bottom thickness 1.4 mm

Top thickness 1.4 mm

allow between 450 and 550 gr depending on filling parameters.

Or print in phosphorescent PLA brand Amolen:

nozzle temperature 250°C instead of 220 max recommended because I increased the speed.

speed 150 mm/sec instead of 60mm/sec max recommended by Amolen.

Estep mm/sec: 99 to be at 100% but as the speed is 150 mm/sec instead of the 60mm/sec max recommended by Amolen increase Estep slightly, in my case I set it to 101 mm instead of 99.

density 10% filling

density supports 5%

normal supports in line everywhere.

wall thickness 1.4 mm

idem 1.4 mm for top and bottom thickness.

Print quality 0.2 mm

allow 500gr of filament and 1 day and 9 hours of printing.

If the printer is more advanced, you can increase the speed by checking that the nozzle temperature setting is correct and that Estep is large enough to deliver sufficient output.
