Description

Out of curiosity, I designed several intake manifolds for SACHS mopeds. Surprisingly, most of them not only function effectively but have also been in use on various mopeds for several months already!

1 | IMPORTANT ||||||||||

  • Printed on a Bambu Lab XC1
  • All printed in PAHT-CF by Bambulab
  • Support is needed, but not on the entire body; draw them yourself or use the 3mf File
  • I take no responsibility for any damage done to your moped by my designs; use caution!
  • Always check the law if you're allowed to install them; also, here I take no responsibility if you get in conflict with your local law. I suggest only using it for showcasing purposes.
  • They might not fit well on your moped; every moped is different. I suggest printing it in PLA first to check if the manifold fits your setup.
  • You will need to tap a thread in the Arm; tap drills can be found everywhere.
  • Some sanding might be needed

2 | PRINT SETTINGS ||||||||||

  • Walls: 6
  • Infill: 99%
  • Infill Pattern: Gyroid
  • No Brim
  • Support: Tree (manual)
    Orientation: Upstanding

3 | DRAW SUPPORTS ||||||||||

Hey Exotech, I somehow overlooked your comment—apologies for that! I appreciate the kudos. Yes, I've been using PAHT-CF for all the manifolds I've printed, and several friends have been using them for months without any issues. So, I'd definitely recommend PAHT-CF. Best of luck to you! 😄
