Description

This is version 1 of my fully printed ping pong paddle design, print both halves and glue together for cleanest finish. I will have the uncut stl in the raw files incase you would like to print in 1 piece and use supports. In my testing somewhere between 20-30% infill is close to real waight but still a bit heavy. The rubber pads are also printable and can be glued in place can be installed with pips in or out. I also included a 2.6 and a 1.6mm version for you to test out. My testing was with Overture A95 TPU which for me is not quite soft enough but feel free to do some testing with other materials. You can leave my logo or edit the text box with whatever you like. I will continue testing as well and please give me feedback in the comments or in dms, hope you enjoy!!

Do you think doing a tpu padding in 95a but just having 2 top layers and a very low infill could provide enough padding to feel good?

I do, my test was at 100% infill just to see but I’m going to be trying a bunch of other tests as soon as I get caught up I would try something like 10-15% honeycomb or something
