Lightsaber working model for cosplays and electronic hobbyist

I designed this model to be a working, real size lightsaber. 

Everything is printed except the blade, which is made out of polycarbonate, its dimensions are 20*16 mm diameters and a length of 750mm. It can hold two 18650 li-ion batteries. I converted the voltage of these to 12V, the working voltage of the 70cm length rgb led strip. For switching between colors, i used a 4 state logical switch, so i could switch between two colors and their mixed color. 

The kiln is held together via threads, except the blade and the linker parts and the turning knob, they are glued together.
