Micro air engine, works by blowing in it but also with a compressor.

Parts needed:

M2x6 screw x1

M2x10 screw x8

M2x20 screw x2

M2 nut x11

M2 washer x1

nΒ°8 o-ring x1

nΒ°10 o-ring x1

Works with air pressure between 1.4 and 3 bar.

If you consider using pressure higher than 3 bar, use pushrod_high_pressure with a 2mmx24mm metal rod and valve_new for improved air flow.

3D printing settings

All parts (except the flywheel) need to be printed with a layer height under 0.2mm. Do not use a raft between the build plate and the parts. Please sand the inside of the cylinder and the pushrod. You might need to trim the end of the pushrod depending on the accuracy of your printer. The valve should be closed when the pushrod is at the bottom and open when it is at the top.
