Description

Heyho

You can install the part to get more comfort or to attach it in places that were previously not possible.

In addition you can use cable ties to give the part additional support.

Scaling

Scaling is a very important factor with this model as it allows you to adapt the mount to your specific conditions! You can vary the size of the pieces with almost any slicer. It is important that you set beforehand that the dimensions of all 3 axes are not adjusted at the same time.

With Bambu Slicer you have to clear the checkbox at the bottom.

Basic rules
Z-axis: You can definitely scale smaller here! However, if you make the part wider, the clip will no longer fit.
X-axis: With this axis you can let off steam more or less as you like. The only limits are that the clip will no longer fit if you make the part too short and if it gets very long the overhangs may become too flat and difficult to print.
Y-axis: You don't actually have to scale this axis. However, you can increase the values slightly if you want to bring even more stability to the system.

Printing Instructions:

I would recommend to use a tough material! PETG, TPU, PA, …. But PLA should do the job just fine too ,-)

I recommend using 3 Perimeter & 25% Infill.

Important: Seam location!

To avoid a weakspot in the curve place your Seam away from it to a uncritical area!

If you have problems with warping use the _Ears version (you can cut that ears off later) or use a brim.

Have fun!
