This is based on a 3D scan of an OE seat belt anchor cover from a 2005 Lotus Elise S2. Multiple versions are available.

Raw Version

3D scan of the OE version, with no editing.

Outer surface preserves the OE texture.

Inner surface contains the OE foam insert which was impossible to remove before scanning.

Use this if you want to edit your own version in CAD.

Edited Smooth Version

Recreation of the 3D scan in CAD.

All surfaces are smooth. Inside is hollow, ready to insert foam.

This is the recommneded version to 3D print.

Edited Texturized Version

Same as smooth version but with approximation to OE surface texture added in Blender.

Do not attempt to print this unless you have a very well calibrated printer and can print 0.2mm layer height or less.

Foam Insert Plate

The OE cover contains a piece of foam with a plastic plate glued to it. Without the plate, the anchor cover can not be attached to the Elise interior.

This is a CAD recreation of the OE plate, with tiny spikes added to bite into the foam.
