Hello people!!

Here comes something different from the previous cute prints!

A sculpture based on the new Godzilla vs Kong movie 2024.

It's a fanart inspired by the new trailer.

I hope you like it.

I will post both the print profile in 1 color and a print profile version in 2 colors… Just the basic shades.

More shades might be added to teeth and gums but being a small statue might be too much purge for smal details.

UPDATED and UPLOADED 3° profile and 4° profile for the 3 colours. it is still 13 cm tall. I suggest don't downscale it too much if you want the claws and spikes to be printed properly and supports removing not damaging them.

Awesome, thanks very much! Will print later! Spikes will be new roll of PLA Glow Blue, still not sure about the main body ... something fancy like burnt titanium maybe detracts from the Glow, I don't know yet ... 😅 Also: you've posted 6 minutes ago, perfect timing I guess haha

eheh. Yes, I didn't have any glow pla so I printed the spikes in silk platinum, just to see if the pieces fit well together. We will paint it later. The connectors are a tiny bit loose (just a bit) just in case some filaments expand a little bit. Might be good for resin also.

I don't mind loose fit, it's impossible to accomodate for the slack some printers might have or how the chosen filament behaves with the settings used... I'll happily slap some glue on rather than sanding it down for half an hour. 😅 Edit: btw, printing right now, spikes already done. 🥳

Hi! Great work! Could it be printed as 2 different objects separately? For example, body with some pla, and the back with some translucent PETG, or PLA Glow? And then glue them together by some guideline after, or assemble with some kind of connectors? Just to avoid a lot of purge.

Scaled it up to 20cm and printed at 0.16 layer height. Godzilla X Kong... Can't wait!

Very good quality. my advice is be very careful removing supports! Saved alot of time avoiding color switching. thanks to the creator.

Turned out great! I used default supports, only on build plate option for the body print. For the spine print I used Basic PLA for the interface material PETG translucent as the primary material. Supports came off super easy. Bambu Lab Basic PLA Black Bambu Lab PETG Translucent Light Blue
