Description

Hello everyone,

There were many requests after the XL case to make an even bigger model if possible, and here we present it to you.

XXL version of our modular cases.

The internal width and length dimensions are the same as on the XL case, except that on this case there are 3 rows of internal containers.

Inner dimensions are 194x168,5mm and height 145,2mm.

Big advantage is that the inner boxes are compatible with those of the smaller models

Simple print, for handle you need support.

All parts are completely printed with PLA, only the gasket needs to be printed with TPU in order to close smooth and seal nicely.

The inner containers are made to fit tightly inside, if you want more space I recommend to reduce the model of the inner boxes a bit.

Recommend: Dropp the inserts to a scale of 98% just makes them easier to get in and out of the box

To assemble it, you need:

6pcs M3 nuts

2 pcs of screws M3x32mm

3pcs of screws M3x20mm

For assemble handle you need:

2pcs of screws M5x32mm

2pcs M5 nuts

I hope you like it, and enjoy printing and using this useful case.

Feel free to put your pictures of printed models in comments. :D

Also, if you need some custom accessories for all our models, you can contact us on our patreon page which is in bio.

Enjoy printing

I have printed them but they are too fit,i would reccomend to print the containers and the spacers as well at 98% of the original size as well the tpu gasket as well, too bad that i allready printed the containers,i have to sand down a bit the exterior walls so i can take them out,if you print them at the original size you won't be able to take them out, thanks for the files

Thank you for your onnest opinion.. We wrote in description that the inner containers are tight, that is some personal reference because someone don't like woobling...Also when it is tight, also depents on printer beacuse they all have tolerances :D

It isnt problem if you print on x1, a1 or p1… you can have two p1s and they will not work same, it has some tolerance… corners are same on every utility case we made, round 3mm. maybe you can try resized it on 98%

Does the cover with handle fit the XL version? I need a case, but definitely with a handle, and this combination would be perfect.

There are many hard cases to make, but this one might be the best. The handle is awesome, and the inserts are terrific.

Boxes are VERY tight, but that's disclaimed in the description. If I had to print it again I'd scale down. Other than that it's very good!
