This is a traffic cone pen/pencil holder. Can be a gift for a safety supervisor, or decor for your desk. It only holds 3 pen/pencils easily (4 or more is very tight). Color can be changed easily with paint. The Fill Tool will paint in each section then use the layer tool to change color through the whole cone.

   Edit:  It really depends on the diameter of the pens/pencils, It will hold 5 mechanical pencils easily (added pic)
