This model is unique to most Creality K1 toolhead covers in that it uses your factory fan duct from the original tool head. The factory fan ducts are able to withstand at least the 300C that the toolhead can reach, and by using them you can print this part out of ABS or ASA and not have the fan duct melt. You can insert the factory fan duct and it should friction mount into the unit, like with the factory toolhead cover. Glue can be used to improve the seal between the fan duct and toolhead cover, I used superglue and it functioned great. Otherwise when you screw the fan on that will help retain the fan duct as well, as the fan screw goes through it.

Updated the geometries of this print to make for an easier print favoring more bridges rather than extreme overhangs, however some are still present. I will be creating a printing profile soon that uses the new files

Supports are definitely needed, and I had the best results with the fan intake facing the build plate
