3D model description

I'm printing the code system for my safe that I made a few years ago in wood and metal.

3-digit lock between 0 and 100.

-holes in the discs allow you to place small cylinders (large or small) and have a multitude of possible combinations. Normally, the cylinders fit snugly into the discs, but it's best to glue them in place for safety.

  • the screw, the graduated support and the knurl (circle part) are best printed with a 0.2 nozzle for the fineness of the graduation.

-Compared with the published photos, I've slightly enlarged the support grooves (0.1mm).

-the wheel (circle part) is to be aimed....3 small screws.... with the wheel (holes provided) and then glued with the axis

  • disk and spacer to be printed 3 times

  • hole to be drilled in door during assembly :25mm

3D printing settings

-0.2 nozzle for screw and graduated parts.0.15 height

-0.4 or 0.5 nozzle for other parts.

parts are placed for printing in this position
