3D model description

3D walls for dungeon games including, but not limited to, Dungeon Saga Origins (game board used with permission from Mantic Games).

The walls stand 41mm high and come in lengths divisible by 25mm (the size of a standard board game square). I noticed that there is some slight discrepancy with wall length when it comes to room allocation in DSO, so I included some slightly shorter (i.e. 123mm instead of 125mm) walls to avoid overhang.

There are 2 lengths of connectors and 2 types of each, top or bottom (bottom have a 0.25mm thick base).

Door frames occupy 25mm (double doors 50mm) and have a door that slides out from the top to indicate an open door. The door has an exaggerated woodgrain for effect (if the knots were to scale it would be quite the tree). There are 2 versions of each door, 1 is narrower and thinner than the other, depending how snug you want it to fit. There is also a door stand that helps support a 'corner door' if it is at the end of a wall section (see the images).

Secret doors slot over the top of the walls so they can be added as they are discovered. There are 3 different styles in 3 different formats: full (which slot over a full wall section), top (which avoid a top connector in a corner) and top & bottom (which avoid a top and/or bottom connector in a corner).

3D printing settings

I've printed everything with a layer thickness of 0.25mm (because I'm inpatient), the thinner doors are 0.75mm comprising of three layers of 0.25mm each, so that works best.
