3D model description

I propose a model of the famous JEEP Willys.

This buildable model is suitable for printing on a 200mm x 200mm tray.

Very easy to assemble, it's made up of 26 different parts (35 in total).

This is a simplified Willys Jeep model, so it doesn't contain all the little details of the full-size model (see photos).

The assembly is consolidated using glue (cyanoacrylate). The finished model rolls and can be used as a toy.

The windshield of this Willys Jeep can be folded down. The wheels turn.

The model can easily be painted, as seen in the photos.

Step-by-step assembly photos of this Willys jeep are provided, but assembly is very simple. The quality of the printed parts enhances the ease of assembly.

The models shown in the photos are printed in 0.2mm layers.

The final size of the model is indicated on the images (length = 200mm, width = 85mm, min height= 85mm).

3D printing settings

Each part can be printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Layer heights vary between 0.1 and 0.2 mm.

Each piece is presented as an image positioned on the tray, as I printed them, without border or support.

The model includes adjustment tolerances.

If parts don't fit properly, check your printer's calibration.

Perfectly calibrated X, Y, Z dimensions, an extruder and good quality filament are essential.
