Sometimes I feel like it's a shame that all the cool infill patterns don't really get to be shown. So I thought I'd take advantage of the fact that a soap dish needs places water can pass through to show off some infill! This simple soap dish utilizes a slanted tray with a counter angled swappable insert to hold and drain your soap! Utilizing my print profile just select your favorite insert to show off and enjoy a subtle way to show off your favorite infill!
NOTE:
Due to the nature of the different infill designs, you will need to play with infill percentages to get teh look you want. Also, for infills that don't have much built in supprt for itself (octagram spiral, hilbert curve, archimedean chords, etc…) you will need to slow down the print by 20% or so. I found that the speed of the head would often dislodge the insert when using those infills and going fast.
