3D model description

Deutsch:

Also meckern sinnlos!!

Englisch (Google translated!):
Printable Reactive Side Armor Version Tusk 2 for the M1A2 Abrams.
It's just the left side in the direction of travel. For the right side, simply mirror the STL files in Cura or another program!
The main elements consist of 2 parts and all outer armor plates are separate (have fun printing ;-)).
This design can be attached to the tank with screws or you can glue it. Since I wanted to hide the holes as much as possible under the outer panels, these are unfortunately a bit in the way, so that 3 of the outer panels have to be reworked a bit. It is best to use M3 pan head screws, they don't wear that much, and then fix the screws in the hole with epoxy glue. Then you can screw it on from the inside with a nut.
The design has no play, so it is printed to fit, and so it has to be filed a bit to make it fit. But that shouldn't be a problem.

I'm already working on the commander and turret armor. However, it will take a while before they are finished.

For me, anyone who finds errors can keep them and those who don't like my designs don't have to print them! So complain pointless!
