Description

Belkin Boost charger organizer

This wireless charger is designed around the belkin boostcharger dual wireless charging pad, which can be purchased from the belken website for around $50USD: (https://www.belkin.com/dual-wireless-charging-pads/WIZ002ttWH.html) or on amazon for around $45USD: (https://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Wireless-Charger-Charging-AirPods/dp/B086ZBQ6QR/ref=asc_df_B086ZBQ6QR/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=459477484202&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=16813542495101012831&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9010276&hvtargid=pla-930597832996&mcid=54cd8ad343cb3c01982e45cc46e3eb40&gclid=CjwKCAjwte-vBhBFEiwAQSv_xWpRKffzGsZH-X2NPvSRemmLM6ac1H9nrJ8KrGlzCWlL62RT1YlyxxoCEqIQAvD_BwE&th=1

This device serves as a great tool to make sure that my phone and earbuds are charged every night. I have been using it for about 6 months now and I even take it traveling with me.

The phone section is 85mm wide, so even the bohemeth S24 Ultra should fit without a case (idk why you would have airpods and an S24 tho)

I am having difficulty uploading the rest of the gcode files, so just keep the settings of the one profile that is uploaded and print the other two parts with the same settings.

Additional hardware

4ct - M4x16 Socket cap bolts (there are 8 holes for bolts, but only using 4 holes is plenty. If you are a fan of the “bolted together” aesthetic, it looks very good with all 8 M4 bolts)

4ct - M4 nuts

4ct - M3x8 countersunk bolts

4ct - M3 square nuts

Assembly

The M3 screws attach the stand to the middle and then the M4 screws attach the top to the middle. Assembly order is:

  1. Stand has square nuts press fit (additionally, take a long M3 screw and put the nut on the very end with only one turn, heat it with a flame and press it into the square hole gently, this will heat set the square nut)
  2. Use the M3 screws to attach the middle part to the stand. Pay attention to which side the hole for the charger is on, it will fit on the stand with the hole on either the left or right.
  3. Press M4 nuts into the bottom of the middle piece. This can be done with the M4/16 bolts to pull the nut into the hex shaped hole
  4. Lay the Belkin Boost charger in the middle section and make sure to align the hole with where the charging port is on the wireless charger
  5. lay the top down on the middle and drive home the M4 bolts
  6. Plug in the wirelss charger for your brand new dual charging at home station.

*I apoligise for using “screw” and “bolt" interchangebly
