managed to print this, but the tabs were a bit fragile and broke off while putting the maze into the shell.

I'm sorry to hear you had problems. What filament did you print it with? I printed it using various filaments, including some from Bambu and others that were both new and around six years old. Interestingly, only with a filament that was six years old did I encounter a tolerance of -0.2 mm instead of the expected +0.4 mm tolerance. This led to the same problem you experienced. It appears that this particular filament, being quite old, is no longer suitable for printing.

The issue wasn't so much a clearance issue, I just managed to break the tabs off while working the maze together. I printed this 3 times (poly and esun pla+ and esun petg.) The maze moves fine, just noticed that the tabs are fragile on the shell. was wondering if you had noticed this issue.

I haven't managed to break off the tabs/pins while playing. and I printed and played many to test. One possibility would be to make the passages of the labyrinth larger, which would make the tabs/pins larger, but also make the labyrinth shorter and simpler. Unless I would go from two to one tab/pin..

I enlarged it so that the maze becomes larger and more difficult to solve. This means you can also store something larger in it.
