Wind-Up Propeller Launcher

• Ratchet Gear: [Infill: 100%][Raft: Optional][Support: No][Orientation: Print face down]

• Ratchet Chamber: [Infill: 100%][Raft: Optional][Support: No][Orientation: Print chamber side/raft side down]

• Trigger: [Infill: 100%][Raft: Optional][Support: No][Orientation: Print raft side down]

• Launch Coil : [Infill: 100%][Raft: Yes][Support: No][Orientation: Print vertically with launch screw up]

• T-cap: [Infill: 60%][Raft: Yes][Support: Optional][Orientation: Print with the T upside down, top face of the T face down]

Propeller: [Infill: 100%][Raft: Yes][Support: Yes][Orientation: Print upside down]

[Total print time for all parts is about 12hrs)

ASSEMBLY

• Remove all rafts and supports

• Score the launch coil so it can twist

• Assemble 3D-printed parts, you will need a brad nail to secure the trigger

• Spring-load the trigger into the ratchet gear using a rubber band
