3D model description

The BallMAKER MOLD for casting cal. .22 SLUGS & DARTS, for standard types of air rifles and air guns.

Our The BallMAKER mold is made of a durable resin, the cast is quite simple and it need the cheapest hot glue gun, oil. You can try cast pellets from other materials (lead). You can check our molds on www.ballmaker.pl

It have 14 holes to put in it nails, 8 holes with 2mm diameter and 6 holes with 3 mm diameter

The hot glue is soft material like rubber and it won't scratch the barrel or break the thread.

Glue does not mess the barrel too much, but the barrel should be cleaned with standard cleaning products after shooting.

Recommended tips for cal .22:

steel balls 4,5 mm,
stright nails 15-40mm (2-3mm thickness).

3D printing settings

Print is 1:1 scale one from two identycal parts of mold.
Recommends hard resin or filament.
You download 2 files .stl :
- 3d mold with canals for nails
- upper grey part of mold .
