3D model description

IS NOT A WEAPON!

A gravity knife, adapted for 3D printing.
Features the ability to quickly change blades. The handle has a special textured insert that provides comfort and prevents slipping during work. Features a safety lock to prevent accidental opening in the pocket.
This knife is suitable for modeling work, DIY projects, as well as artistic and craft work. All connections are designed for a tight fit without the need for additional processing.

ISO 7380 screws:
-M3x4 2 pcs.

DIN 7420 screw:
-M5x20 1 pcs.

Nuts:
M3 2 pcs
M5 1 pcs.

Trapezoidal blade 19mm.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Take the parts Blade_holder_1 and Blade_holder_2 and glue them together; to do this precisely, insert the blade_stop part into the groove. 2 .Remove the blade_stop part from Blade_holder_1 and Blade_holder_2. Then insert the glued Blade_holder_1 and Blade_holder_2 into the knife_base part and secure with blade_stop.

The rest of the assembly is intuitive.

Update:

In the second version of the knife, the safety mechanism has been changed. And a handle folding limiter has been added for convenience and safety.
