This was a very difficult print. I had a very hard time getting the bridge deck truss to print and getting the PLA to adhere to the build plate. I ended up adding supports, a brim and slowing the print WAY down, and jacking up the nozzle temp to 230c and the bed temp to 65c and it worked. I had to file the pins smooth to get the parts to fit together. there is so much detail in this model it requires tweaking and patience. Printed on the A1 Mini shrunk to 80%.

Thanks for the Feedback and Great to see it printed on the A1 mini! In the initial Model i had even more details on the deck, which was already impossible to print on my X1C and therefore i have removed a lot of details, but i can imagine shrinking it to 80% makes it a lot more difficult again - the pins as well already have really tight tolerances on 100%, so i guess shrinking made it too tight to fit. I never had adhesion issues using the cool plate with some glue (but again im printing in an enclosed printer, which may help retaining the temperature) Did you still use the 0.16 layer height?

Replying to @12O8 :
I remixed this to fit full size on an A1 Mini, and to also add a bridge deck in black with yellow striping (not to scale, but it looks neat. I used adaptive layers to try and optimize quality and print time. It prints much easier at full size, although I did use a ton of supports on the trusses (and they took quite a while to remove).
