This is a mini crosswalk light unit that you can change out the sign template. I have included a Solidworks file for a template that you can personally design. You can screw in the crosswalk light wherever you desire.

When you insert a sign template in place, use double sided tape to reinforce the template in the head. if you would like to switch out a sign, there is a hole in the back of the head that you can use to push out the sign template.
