3D printing settings

  • For optimal resistance, print parts on the bed as shown on picture

  • Only the main part requires support (for the hook)

Settings:

  • 5 walls

  • 4 layers bottom/top

  • 25 % infill

The parts presented on pictures required 49 g of ASA and a 2h40 print using a Bambu Lab X1C. I used glue stick and brim. Any other material should fit, adapt the printing technic accordingly.

After printing, some holes may require rectifications, using drills:

  • 4 mm for M3 brass inserts (on main part)

  • 8 mm for 1/4"-20 brass insert (on main part)

  • 3 mm for M3 screws holes (on GoPro mount plate)

  • 5 mm for GoPro screw hole (on GoPro mount plate)
