Description

This is a faithful reproduction of the Hill Valley Courthouse clock tower from Back to the Future. The clock lights up using a standard puck LED. (Bambu labs or from Amazon or Temu)

ITS BIG. This was printed at 70% scale (which is what the build plates are set to) and the model comes out to almost 3.5 feet long. This is one of my first huge designs so any feedback is welcome.

Few Tips

  1. You will need an entire roll of “desert tan” or whatever color you choose for the building and roof.
  2. My models brick pattern was done with white and red. I think maybe grey and red would be better. Up to you.
  3. The cougars are not mine. (they are actually “Cheetah Sitting Figure”). Credit for those goes to “Stigern” and those are here on MakerWorld.
  4. You are gonna need 3d Gloop to put this together. The seams are visible and I am not an expert at post processing prints so if you have ideas on how to hide the seams, please let me know.
  5. This is set to a 3% infill. 2 walls. Some plates do need some slim tree supports but they are minimal.
