This bearing and lock part combo is an essential upgrade for your Elegoo Neptune4 Series spool holder. Designed to provide a smooth and stable filament feed, the bearing ensures effortless movement, while the accompanying lock part secures the bearing firmly in place.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Print two sets of the bearing and lock part using a low-friction filament.
  2. Apply silicone spray through the diamond-shaped hole for lubrication if needed.
  3. Slide the bearings onto the spool holder.
  4. Insert the lock parts to secure the bearings in place on the spool holder.
  5. Position the filament reel between the bearings.

Usage

Install the bearings with lock parts on your spool holder to facilitate a smoother and more reliable filament delivery to your 3D printer.

Maintenance

Regularly inspect the bearings and lock parts for wear. Re-lubricate the bearings as necessary to ensure a consistent and smooth performance.
