Inspired by Japanese simplicity, this box is designed to hold 1x deburring 150mm/153mm tool & 10 deburring blades

バリ取りツール translate to Deburring Tool

UPDATE April 26th, 2024:

Hey Makers! after a few reviews from people regarding issues with the case, i have updated the design to allow more Deburring tool compatibility. I also updated the ironing profile to improve smoothness when using Bambu Lab's Basic PLA/Matte.

 Changes:

  • Added a printing profile for Deburring tool fitting up to 153mm length
  • Reduce overall width of the box by 2mm
  • tighten the tolerance for blade holder
  • Improve ironing for Bambu Lab Basic PLA (your material may vary)
  • tighten the tolerance between Lid and base
  • tighten the tolerance for the magnets

Ironing Settings:

Recommend using the following iron settings for Bambu Lab PLA Basic & Matte

Features:

  • Highly compact design! can put in your pockets
  • box is design to hold  up to 153mm length deburring tool
  • Magnets is secure the lid onto the base
  • Base sides are design to make it easy to separate lid

Requirement:

  • Super Glue
  • 12x 4mm diameter x 2mm thick Magnets
  • small hammer
  • 150mm/153mm Deburring tools & bits

Assembly:

  • Apply suppler glue to the 12 holes on the lid & case.
  • Push the magnets into the holes, ensure that magnets on the lids and base attract each other.
  • use the hammer to push the magnets fully into the hole.

Compatible Tools:

- 150mm AFA Tooling (Amazon)

- 153mm Libraton (Amazon)

These deburring tools can be purchase on Amazon

The print is ok, but a link to amazon to check the correct tool will be nice. Mi tool apparently is equal, but to bigger and cover can't be used

Hi backtheweb, thank you for the feed back. I will be looking at the design tonight. Yours does look a little bit bigger. i will adjust the height a bit to add some clearance. i can see the ironing does not look clean as well. Will review this as well since i probably did not notice due to the sparkle material i used.
