Description
Mad Fishmen need someone to keep them in line. The So called "Whips" are elite Kuo Toas, usually offspring of a Deep Priest.
They use Mancatchers called Pincers, to capture unruly fishmen, and electrified Whips to punish anyone who displeases the religious hierarchy of the mad Fishfolk.
