3D model description

After my sister's flight the oh so careful luggage handlers managed to mangle one of the casters on her beloved Ricardo suitcase. On the the internet I voyage to find... nothing that fit. That is not exactly the truth. I could return the case to Ricardo for repair for $$$.

Being the cheap bastard I am I went to Fusion 360 and in ten minutes had a new caster wheel ready to print.  The hardware on the case was easy to access the three screws and two "RIVETS" that held the wheel assembly to the case. Let us say they did an excellent job with the rivets. I don't think they want to fix this. Those two rivets took me longer to remove    then to the design and fix the assembly.

You will have to used the old ball bearings from your old wheel / caster. So, don't throw any of the hardware. I cleaned and re-lubed the old ones.
I have included a .Step file if you need to remix for new bearings or none.

3D printing settings

0.6 nozzle, 5 walls, 8 top and bottom solid layers
not suitable for bog standard PLA. This is a high wear part. PLA is too brittle.
Use ABS, PETG, ASA, if you must PLA+
