3D model description

Convert any glove into protected glove.
Simply attach this with glue or rivets to the glove.

There are few versions:
rivet for attaching with rivets
stitch for stiching with treads
mini - smaller guard without wrist support

Instruction:

  1. Print
  2. Prepare cushion foam, any foam for cushion, 2-5mm thick, I used foam floor pad), optionally you can punch holes for airflow. 2.1 cut foam in the same shape as guard
  3. add palm pillow as showed on the picture cut from the same foam
  4. glue foam to the guard
  5. glue/stitch/rivet everything to the glove. (make sure to align in on your hand first for comfort)
  6. Add strap for the wrist option, loop it through the holes.

Done :)

3D printing settings

Print on the side with support.
Annealing after print is highly recommended. (google if you don't know glass transition point for the material you are using)
I recommend do not detach print from the bed sheet after its done printing and place entire thing into the owen for annealing.
