Catapult.LP4 is a 3D Printable ITX sized PC case, built around a modular concept where most of the parts are compatible with other cases under development, such as APU and XL variants. I also plan to sell upgrades to metal components from my web store, full details at https://catapultcase.com

This LP4 model has the following spec:

  • 4.0 liters (220mm x 217mm x 84mm)
  • CPU Cooler: Max height approx 65mm
  • GPU: Designed for Low Profile GPUs like the Gigabyte RTX 4060 Low Profile
  • Riser cable: Not required
  • PSU: Designed for HDPLEX 250W GaN AIO ATX Power Supply

3D printing settings

Requires a 3D Printer that can print up to 220mm.

The case has been tested using PETG and ABS filaments for the necessary heat resistance characteristics. It is recommended to not print the struts or top panel using PLA, as the parts are likely to warp. Panel segments have an inner core we recommend printing in a heat-resistant filament such as PETG or ABS, which should allow for the outer plate to be any material you wish, including PLA.

It is intended to install M2.5 and M3.0 heat-insert threads that are no deeper than 4mm. Templates are included to cut out mesh for the front and side panels of your own choice.
