3D model description

**Replica of a well made and proven pocket hole jig. It lets you use it's super strong hardened sleeves but i've also included 3D printable sleeves that ideally would be printed out of ABS/ASA.

I chose this model because it's well loved pocket hole jig and their sleeves are really long and that minimizes the wobble. Not to mention that they actually sell their sleeves and drill bits seperately.

Metal sleeves will fit in by friction, 3D printable sleeve is less precise and therefor might require some glue.

Edit: I've included 9.5mm printable sleeve, you can use Kreg drill bit with that.

3D printing settings

Layer height: 0.12 - 0.20

Walls: 3 or more.

Infill: 15% or more.

Brim: Not needed if you have good bed adhesion.

Supports: Up to your judgement, i did use tree supports.
