3D printing settings

3D printing settings:

Material: PLA, PETG, or TPU (for parts requiring flexibility)
Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a balance between strength and print time. For more detailed parts, a layer height of 0.1 mm can be used.
Infill: 20-50% depending on the part. Use higher infill for parts requiring more strength.
Wall Thickness: 1.2 mm or at least 3 shells/perimeters for optimal strength.
Supports: Only necessary for parts with overhangs greater than 45 degrees. We recommend using tree supports for easier removal.
Bed Adhesion: A brim may be necessary for smaller parts to prevent warping. Use a brim of 5-8 mm width.
Printing Speed: 50-60 mm/s for optimal balance between speed and print quality. Reduce speed to 40 mm/s for intricate parts.
CNC/Laser Cutting Settings for FPV Drone Base Kit:

For components requiring CNC or laser cutting, the following settings are suggested to ensure precision and material integrity:

Material Thickness: Choose the thickness based on the structural needs of the part. Typically, 2-3 mm ply or carbon fiber sheet is used for drone frames.
