High quality laser 3d scan of the Nissan 370z / G37 / Q50 OEM front AKEBONO brake caliper.

Scan data is an .stl file type and aligned to the global origin.
High quality laser scan using an Einscan HX
0.04mm (0.0015") Accuracy
0.3mm (0.007") Resolution

This scan data is intended for reverse engineering, educational and design purposes. This scan would be an ideal starting point for a custom big brake kit.

Includes a high and low resolution .STL mesh of the caliper body as well as a .STEP file with the caliper body converted to a nurbs surface that can be modified as a solid body.

3D printing settings

All parts are manifold "water tight" bodies that can be printed but were 3d scanned to be used as an engineering reference.
