It's a 228mm Duke Nukem 3D clockface made in Hueforge.
I used a cheap 25cm wall clock like this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/235360135087
The clockface is 228mm. If you have a bigger or smaller clock, you can adjust its size in the slicer, but DO NOT MODIFY the height of the model, because that will ruin the layers of the print.
Print the clockface, take the wall clock apart, remove the clock hands, and remove its original clock face if you can, if it's not removable, simply just glue the new clockface on it and put everything back together.
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.04mm with a base layer of 0.24mm
Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #13 (0.72mm) swap to Red
At layer #24 (1.16mm) swap to Pure Yellow
At layer #35 (1.6mm) swap to White for the rest.
I used:
eSun PLA+ Black
eSun PLA+ Red
Sunlu PLA+ Yellow
eSun PLA+ White
