Bei diesem Design wollte ich zum einen eine Zahnrad Kombination zum Einsatz bringen. Des weiteren sollen größere M&Ms o.ä. Candies dosiert werden können. Auf speziellen Wunsch musste eine Auffangschale integriert werden... (Herzliche Grüße an meine Frau... :-)

Die Fotos sind vom PoC Ausdruck. In der hier hochgeladenen Version wurden einige der Schwächen des ersten Designs verbessert. Eigene MAKES bitte einstellen!

Das Gewinde passt auf ein 1kg Glas Nutella, und auch auf die 750g Version!

Von der Konstruktion interessant ist, dass Industrieteile eingesetzt wurden:
Der Antrieb und das große Stirnrad sind importiert von McMaster-Carr:
6010N13_High-Power Metal Bevel Gear
6010N12_High-Power Metal Bevel Pinion

Die Teile sind verhältnismäßig filigran, der Druck mit 0.3mm Schichthöhe sollte innerhalb von 24h zu machen sein.

Je nach Bauteil sollte mit Support gearbeitet werden, oder das Bauteil auf den Kopf gestellt. (ich versuche immer Support zu vermeiden...)

Nach der Konstruktion stellte sich heraus, dass das grobe Gewindeteil, welches das Zahnrad des Schwengels fixiert unnötig war. (Um das große Zahnrad einzufädeln ist auch so genug Platz - hinterher ist man schlauer. Ich hatte mich bemüht das Design schlank zu halten... Letztlich finde ich die Halterung des Schwengels aber so gut proportioniert, dass ich dieses Detail beibehalten habe...

Dieses Gewinde ist übrigens aus dem Repertoire von Fusion360 mit welchem das Teil konstruiert wurde.

For this design, I wanted to use a combination of gears. Furthermore, larger M&Ms or similar. Candies can be dosed. On special request, a drip tray had to be integrated... (Best wishes to my wife... :-)

The photos are from the PoC printout. In the version uploaded here, some of the weaknesses of the first design have been improved. Please post your own MAKES!

The thread fits on a 1kg jar of Nutella, and also on the 750g version!

The interesting thing about the design is that industrial parts have been used:
The drive and the large spur gear are imported from McMaster-Carr:
6010N13_High-Power Metal Bevel Gear
6010N12_High-Power Metal Bevel Pinion

The parts are relatively delicate, the print with 0.3mm layer height should be done within 24h.

Depending on the part, you should work with support or turn the part upside down. (I always try to avoid support...)

After the construction it turned out that the large threaded part, which fixes the gear wheel of the swivel, was unnecessary. (There is enough space to thread the large gear wheel - you are smarter afterwards. I had tried to keep the design slim....

In the end, however, I find the mounting of the swivel so well proportioned that I have retained this detail...

Incidentally, this thread is from the Fusion360 repertoire with which the part was designed.
